I. ONLINE SHOPPING
 
How to Start - All you need to do to start is to complete a one-time registration and fill up the necessary information. Once you are done, then you are ready to start shopping.

Registration - Grocery Online registration is secured and your personal information is certified safe. This way, we can communicate with you, our beloved customers, and bring you the best goods and services possible. You also have the option not to save your log-in details for security reasons but it would be easier for you to shop the next time around if you have them saved.
 
Shopping Your Goods - You can browse across the shelves with a variety of products and brands that you trust or you can also search them directly through the search box option. With a grocery online account, you can choose from your favorite list or from your previous shopping list. We are doing our best to add more goods to the selection in the near future, so expect a wider range of choices for your daily grocery needs.

Once you are done filling your cart, you can now review the items you have just chosen. By clicking continue, you will now be directed a window regarding the payment options.

Payments - You can either pay for your goods using a valid credit card or by choosing cash on delivery (COD) option.

Cash On Delivery customers will be contacted on the given number on the same day, before we process your orders to confirm the validity of the orders. In case if we are not able to reach you on the telephone number you have given, we will email you with the order details to contact us back or reply back to our email as a proof of validity. Until such time we establish contact with you, we will not process your orders to avoid inconvinience for both the parties.

So, please ensure to give us the best reachable contact number and a valid email address while placing your orders.

II. DELIVERY

We currently do Next Day delivery for all orders received on or before 3pm on any working day.

We deliver 6 days a week from Saturday to Thursday only.  Friday's and on any UAE Public Holidays we do not carry out deliveries.


Delivery Areas-

- all metro areas of Abu Dhabi
- all metro areas of Dubai
- all metro areas of Sharjah
- all metro areas of Ajman
- all metro areas of Fujairah 
- all metro areas of Umm Al Quwain
- all metro areas of Ras Al Khaimah

Delivery Exclusion Area-

Delivery services to locations South or West of Abu Dhabi is considered “remote locations”
We do not deliver to these areas:
  • Tarif area
  • Al Ruwais area
  • Abu Alabyadh area
  • Al Arrad area
  • Al Wagan area
  • Um El Zumool area
  • Madinat Zayed al Gharbiya area
  • Qareen Al Aish area
  • Al Hamra area
However special consideration can be made to deliver your orders to the delivery exclusion areas,  if you contact us on Orders@GroceryOnline.ae .

Delivery Charges

Orders Less than 100 AED - Shipping charge is AED 14.95. 
Orders from AED101 to AED150 - Shipping charge is AED 9.95. 
Orders above AED150 - flat shipping charge is AED 4.95. 

Delivery Policy

GroceryOnline.ae will take great care to ensure that you receive all purchased items in perfect condition and in a timely manner with no faulty orders.

We deliver from Saturday through to Thursday from 8:30AM to 8:00PM (excluding Fridays & UAE Public Holidays).  We will strive to do next day delivery for the orders placed on or before  3.00PM on any working day. We deliver 6 days a week from Saturday to Thursday. 
 
Once you successfully complete your check out, we will begin to process your orders on the same day. Meanwhile, our logistic team will call you, usually inbetween 6pm to 8pm to discuss a time frame (slot) to schedule a delivery of your orders for the very next day.

Usually, delivery will take place with in the agreed time slot specific to the area of delivery. For example, inbetween 8am to 10am, 10am to 12noon, 12noon to 2pm, 2pm to 4pm, 4pm to 6pm and 6pm to 8pm. 

In some instances even if the orders are placed before 3.00PM,  it may take an extra day to deliver your orders, depending on the product availability and other unforeseen circumstances that may arise while processing your orders. In these instances,  we will ensure to make all the efforts to contact you and notify about any delays either via phone call or email.

At GroceryOnline.ae, we understand the importance of ‘On-Time’ delivery, so please notify us either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time.

All items on GroceryOnline.ae are available for delivery within the City limits of UAE only.

Order Availability

Products in GroceryOnline.ae are readily available for sale as long as they are on stock. Any buyer shall be notified through e-mail or by phone for orders which cannot be fulfilled. 

III. CUSTOMER SERVICE

Changing Delivery Address - You just need to update your address in your account. But be sure to provide a valid one and include the postal code to help us assess our stocks which vary from region to region. Our team will try to contact you through the number you supplied to us for the confirmation of your address.

Canceling Orders – You may not be able to cancel orders that have already been confirmed. It is therefore advised that you review your list of orders thoroughly before proceeding to check-out and payment to avoid inconvenience.
 
Online Safety Assurance - If you ever feel uncomfortable in ordering online even with the latest security technology that we use to encrypt information in our web store you can call us or e-mail us directly for your concerns.
